45k basic (pro rata) plus uncapped comms

Would working three days a week and sharing a 300k busy temps desk suit you?

It’s difficult to work part time on a temp’s desk; however, this role is job sharing with a successful, experienced consultant who also works 3 days a week that you would partner with offering seamless results.

From day one you would take over and share the running of the temp desk on your days. In the last 12 months it has made 300k plus through existing business and established clients.

Clients are all city based across a variety of sectors including FS, PE and Insurance, to name a few. Placing all support roles, including PAs and EAs.  You would work the desk on your days and hand over to an experienced consultant who has been with the business for 4 years on your days off. The commission is paid from zero on a monthly basis, and you spilt it 50/50.

You would be joining a wider team of 12 in this office and a temp’s team of 5.

If you enjoy running a temp’s desk but need to do it part time, this is a great established desk for you.
