HR Recruitment Consultant or Principle Consultant

The role

To recruit HR professionals into heavy industry. Covering FMCG, Construction and Oil and Gas clients.

You would join a successful C&I team and work in partnership with the contract consultant to place all HR professionals on salaries from 50-100k. You can be at consultant level or someone who is really looking to progress into management.

The company have clients in this area, however they are investing in making it a separate team within the C&I function so there is real scope for quick progression. You would be fully supported to do this.

My client is an HR expert and you would work with colleagues that would have 15 years plus HR experience to learn and grow from.

This role would be great for a HR recruiter that wants to work for a consultative business in a grown up environment. Ideally you would have either HR experience or would have recruited into the heavy industry sector and would like to recruit HR professionals.
