My client are HR specialists, You would be joining the Reward team which is a specialist role within the HR sector. Working within the wider FS team this role would be to place candidates on salaries off 50-110k. This team have some of the highest performers in the company on it.
The wider team in Reward is 7 consultants , you would benefit for working with an experienced team and leadership.
They are open to level, you can be a consultant in HR looking to take on more senior placements or work on specialist roles or someone who understands FS clients but wants to work in the HR sector. This role can develop into a managers role quickly.
