My client is expanding their team and is looking for an experienced legal recruiter to focus on hiring fee earners and specialist legal functions. You will play a vital role in shaping the operations and recruitment strategy for the region. They have offices across the world and are one of the top global firms. You will become a true partner to the business and be confident in developing strategy and build relationships with senior hires.
With no direct hiring targets and a truly flexible environment, you can work from home with no more than 1-2 days in the office. Working across a mix of roles you will also be involved in managing your own projects but with the support of a coordination team who will manage all the organization of interviews and administration.
