Taking over a hot desk of over 300 Legal companies you would have the freedom to recruit all levels of professionals roles. Currently a team of 4 everyone recruits into in house, the director on the tea for over 10 years recruiting into practice and is looking to give over her to clients to an experienced consultant that is either working or wants to work in the Legal market.

This leading multi-sector recruiter are seeking an experienced consultant to take over a hot desk, recruiting qualified fee earners into private practice. You will be given all the tools and support in this autonomous and professional environment.

20 people across 4 sectors would work in an adult environment that offers true flexibility and work life balance.

As well as having the opportunity of taking over a hot desk you will also have the scope to build a team and form part of the company’s growth plans or remain one of the senior billers on the team – the choice is yours!

You will have

• Proven recruitment experience in a 360 role
• Ability to build long lasting relationships at a senior level
• Experience recruiting into Legal companies or recruitment experience within a professional sector
• Commercial acumen
