Are you an experienced contract recruiter looking to take over an established desk billing 300k plus ? Worried about leaving your commission on your daybook? My client will pay guarantees and sign on bonuses to make sure the move financially works for you.
The role is placing reward candidates into all client sectors including FS, PS and C&I. This desk has been developed by the senior manager of this team who is looking for a senior recruiter who understands contract recruitment to hand it over, look after it and develop the existing relationships.
From day one you will inherit all the client relationships and roles that are phoned in. The desk is a mix of day rates (£500 a day plus) and TFC’s (salaries of around 70k plus) which on average are placed on 6 month contracts and are often extended over 12 months.
The opportunity can be at principal consultant or a sales manager level, where you manage your own desk and mentor more junior members of the team without management responsibility. Training and development are offered at all levels and full sector training is given for you to cross into the sector.
