Senior Consultant Secretarial temp desk

The Role

Senior recruiter to take over some established clients and build out a successful temp desk placing support candidates to clients in the West End.

Joining this successful office of 19 with the current temp team being 4. This commercial recruitment business are looking to hire a 5^th member of the team who is experienced and can help mentor the more junior members of the team.

The client base is completely varied, all the clients are based in the West End and tend to be small to medium sized businesses where they recruit by talking to the senior management team.

On joining you would be given clients’ that are already working with the business plus full support to be able to build a successful desk. The MD of this business also recruits on the temp team and is looking for the right person to help her support and grow the temp division.  In 2019 the temp desk has done well and they are now ready to grow this even further.
