Hybrid working

  • 65% require employees in the office 3 days a week
  • 35% allow under 3 days or fully remote working

Holidays

  • Average of 28 days for all consultant levels
  • Average of 30 days for managers and above

Reason for hiring

  • 30% of our roles are hot desks 50% of roles are for a growth opportunity
  • 20% are to replace existing staff

Retention

  • 22% of companies have made redundancies over the past year

Basic salaries

  • Basic salaries have increased by 5-15% across all GSR2R placements (over last 12 months)

Seniority

  • 37% of our placements over the past 12 months were senior roles/ manager+
