I believe that all recruitment businesses CAN hire the high-performing recruiters they need, with the right structure, and process, in place.
Here are a few things about me, and my success in recruiting, and supporting business recruit high performers.
For 23 years, I have been focused on recruiting recruiters, having personally successfully placed over 3,000 experienced recruiters. As the founder and MD of GSR2R, established in 2001, I expanded my business to include Masterclasses. For the past 5 years, this service has seen me coach, consult and run recruitment, retention and attraction masterclasses at board and hiring leaders’ level. With the outcome of empowering businesses to recruit highly skilled recruiters themselves.
Since the inception of GSR2R Masterclass, I have empowered over 40 companies to hire their own recruiters, saving them time and money, improving time to hire and increasing retention. Most importantly, these businesses now have a pipeline of the right recruiters to hire.
I work with board level and hiring managers to understand what a successful attraction plan of recruiters looks like, and I have coaching programs for internal recruiters. All of which is proving incredibly successful. I love working with recruitment companies and watching them flourish when hiring the right recruiters and get a real thrill out of imparting my knowledge, acquired over decades, to help them do exactly that.

Favourite success so far?
Running two bespoke masterclasses for an international IT recruitment business who wanted to hire experienced recruiters. For 10+ years they had hired graduates.
Within 3 months of us working together, they had attracted and hired 4 experienced recruiters for niche teams, who remain in situ today.

Caring and listening are my best traits and its because of this, that I can unearth what recruiters want from organisations, what attracts them and why they choose to stay. And this is the knowledge I will impart to you, to achieve hiring success.
