For the record, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you, Cheryl. I will 100% work with you again in the future! A few tweaks here and there have made such a HUGE difference to both me, my team and the business.
Staff are commenting on how happy they are here and that not only do they get a great salary but a fantastic benefits package too! Followed by the grass for some may have appeared greener but it most definitely is not.
You have helped in creating a differential as to why people want to work at KSB and that in turn has created and newfound passion in all.
