Over the years, I’ve worked with may external consultants and advisors across multiple businesses but from the moment I first talked with Cheryl Wing it was obvious she was a guru in her space. Culture and particularly values are not an accident, organic or something we should take for granted or even ignore. New employees should be searched and matched not only based on academics, skills and work experience but also on behaviours and values. But how do you define your ‘Values’? That’s where Cheryl came in.

She’s coached us into understanding why we’ve been so successful here at EVera Recruitment so far and how to put in place the tools and knowledge to ensure we keep finding and selecting and hiring the absolute best of the best… Recruitment is complex, humans are complex and if you get this bit right you’re in amongst a select few who will thrive.

Thanks Cheryl. It’s been fun, enlightening and productive and we’re only just getting going!
