People are hiring people due to a character they see at interview, rather than testing past skills and drivers to do the role on offer.
I hear this story constantly. At interview you meet a game-changer. Someone who is going to make an impact. Everything you offer is their perfect role! It’s so perfect you can’t wait for them to start.
A year later you have an average, at best, performer that has taken more of your time than you anticipated and generated little income, leaving you scratching your head, wondering why the recruiters you were so keen to hire at interview, turn out to be a seismic disappointment.
These are problems that I can solve with my Interview Masterclass.

There are lots of ways to climb a hill, but you need to ensure your potential hire wants to climb that hill and be on the journey with you.
