Challenge

Oakleaf’s ambition was growth and finding the right HR recruitment talent was critical to ensure the success of their business strategy. At the time, the recruitment market was buoyant and the Rec2Rec agencies approached had a high client volume and were not able to support Oakleaf’s people growth plan.

Despite GSR2R’s existing volume of requirements, they we confident that they would secure the HR recruiters required by Oakleaf, to achieve long-term success. This introduction was the start of a successful partnership that has spanned a decade.
