I would highly recommend Cheryl’s coaching programmes. Having spent time as an agency recruiter and a number of years in global internal recruitment, I didn’t quite expect recruiting recruiters to be so different to anything that I have done before. It certainly was!

Using her wealth of experience and supportive coaching style, Cheryl has helped me to reshape my approach to attracting the best recruiters on the market and boost our employer brand. This has helped us shape advertising and social content, employer branding collateral, the creation of a new jobs page and much more.
As a result, we have seen engagement with recruiters at our competitors increase as well as an increase in direct hires who have previous recruitment experience.

What I loved about the training is that Cheryl understands the values, culture and operating models that make each agency special. She is able to work closely with you to help you understand where to focus your efforts and the messaging that will be relevant for your specific market.
